What are the shipping charges for domestic orders?

We offer free shipping on all orders across Pakistan above PKR 2,500. For orders below this amount, a standard flat shipping fee of PKR 200 is applied.

What is your exchange and return policy?

You can exchange any unused item within 15 days of purchase, provided it has the original tags and receipt. Please note that sale items are only eligible for exchange if there is a manufacturing defect.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier partner's website to monitor your shipment's progress.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and major local mobile wallets like EasyPaisa and JazzCash.
